Privacy policy
We collect as little as the service needs. There is no email, name or card on file: your account is a token you keep.
What we store
- A one-way hash of your account token (never the token in plain text for login), an encrypted copy used only to identify your payments, and its last four characters.
- Your credit, your top-up records (amount, coin, blockchain transaction id) and the eSIMs you bought with their install details.
- A value that tells networks apart (a one-way transform of your IP address; the plain IP is not stored).
- How you first arrived (a referring site or campaign tag), the device type (desktop or mobile) and the page language.
Why we use it
- To sign you in, keep your balance and show your eSIMs and install codes.
- To match payments to your account and to check a payment that arrived differently from the checkout.
- To limit accounts per network and prevent abuse.
Cookies
We use three cookies: one keeps you signed in, one tells pages that you are signed in, and one remembers how you first arrived. We use no advertising or tracking cookies.
Retention and deletion
Data is kept while your account exists. When an account is deleted, the token values and sign-up details are removed and only anonymous top-up and purchase records needed for accounting remain.
