1. The service

eSIMTrip sells prepaid, data only eSIMs that connect to local partner networks at the destination. The eSIMs have no phone number and no SMS.

2. Your account

An account opens with one account token created in your browser at sign up. The token is both your login and your password, and you keep it yourself. Anyone with the token can use the account, and we cannot recover a lost token.

Up to three accounts can be created from one network.

3. Credit and top-ups

Credit is added from $30 up to $5,000 per payment in the PayGate checkout. Send the coin, network and amount shown there; other coins, networks or amounts may not be detected automatically.

Any top-up bonus shown in the checkout is added when the payment is confirmed. Credit is used to buy eSIMs and is not paid out to a wallet.

4. Buying and using an eSIM

You confirm the destination, plan and quantity before buying. The price is taken from your credit and the install details appear in My eSIMs.

An eSIM installs only on supported, unlocked devices; check the compatible phones list first. The validity period starts at the first connection at the destination, and the eSIM ends when its data or its days run out.

Speed and coverage depend on the local partner network. Unlimited plans slow to 1 Mbps for the rest of the day after the daily full-speed amount.

5. Refunds

eSIMs that were never installed, or never connected at the destination, are refunded to your credit as described in the refund policy.

6. Acceptable use

• Adding credit with funds or accounts that are not yours.
• Automated access that disrupts the service or other customers.
• Using an eSIM for unlawful purposes or against the rules of the local network.

7. Changes

Prices, plans and payment methods can change. A new price applies to purchases made after the change.
