Refund policy
Change of plans? An eSIM you never installed, or one that never connected at your destination, goes back to your credit. Here is exactly when.
Refunded to your credit
- The eSIM was not installed yet, and you ask within 30 days of purchase.
- The eSIM was installed but never connected at the destination, on a supported, unlocked phone with data roaming switched on for the eSIM.
- A system error charged you twice or for the wrong plan.
Not refundable
- The eSIM has connected at the destination and data has been used.
- The phone does not support eSIM or is locked to a carrier.
- The eSIM was deleted from the phone by the customer.
Credit and top-ups
Refunds are paid to your account credit and can be used for any other eSIM. Credit itself is not paid out to a wallet. A top-up bonus is part of the credit you received and is not refunded separately.
